What we collect. If you contact us or book a demo, we receive what you send us (name, email, message). When the service is active for a portfolio, we process the communications and records needed to run its back office: tenant messages, maintenance records, rent status, vendor interactions, and related documents.
How it's protected. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to your account and the personnel handling your escalations.
What we never do. We do not sell your data or your tenants' data. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers required to operate (e.g., telephony and payments), and we do not use it to train public AI models.
Payments. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our systems. Tenant rent is never collected by, or passed through, jam3.ai.
Your rights. Ask anytime for a full export of your records, or for deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements). Email us and a human will handle it.
